Summary:
The Cash Recycler Support Specialist is responsible for partnering with Operations Management in maintaining and troubleshooting Cash Recycler(s).
This position is responsible for coordinating deposits and cleanings of Cash Recycler(s) performed by managers to ensure that proper control procedures are followed as well as performing other cash management responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by Management.
This is a non-exempt position and reports to the Director of Operations.
Essential Functions:
oServes as the point person for technical and operational issues related to Cash Recycler as well as coordinating armored car pickup and delivery oCoordinates and effectively communicates with managers to ensure managers are performing all Cash Recycler activities, including refills, cleaning and deposits, are performed in a safe, timely and consistent manner oPerforms deep cleaning on a regular basis (bi-weekly or monthly depending on usage) and ensures recommended daily high level cleanings are performed by assigned managers on a routine basis oPrepares deposit for each Cash Recycler as needed oEnsures change order is ordered and sufficient recycler specific pars are on hand oMaintains the appropriate control environment ensuring compliance with all corporate cash recycler standards oTrains managers on how to use and clean Cash Recycler, resolve errors, and all other Cash Recycler related responsibilities oProvides Cash Handling and Key control procedures training to managers oMonitors cash loads into systems from the machine to ensure accuracy oAudits external change safe and Cash Recycler contents for discrepancies, performs initial investigation and escalates and communicates all questionable findings the Operations Controller and Loss Prevention oPerforms all other duties as assigned by Management.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
