Operations Manager (Station Manager)

We are a national airline services company,providing both below wing and above wing services to major airlines.??We are seeking an energetic, focused and talented professional to manage our operations at O'Hare International Airport (ORD).??The successful candidate will be able to lead, motivate and train employees in meeting or exceeding location, airline, and corporate goals.??He/She will possess prior experience in managing a budget, staffing, customer service, and business development.

Ideally we seek candidates with aviation and/or aviation management experience.? Experience leading both employees and supervisors will be critical to your success.??The following are additional job requirements:

The Station Manager is responsible for managing the overall safety and operational performance in the station.? The aim of this role is to ensure the delivery of an inclusive safety culture for our people and our vendor partners, as well as enabling a consistent high quality and cost-effective level of service experience.??With accountability for operations, safety, incident investigations, business resilience, people leadership, regulatory compliance, and risk identification.

Other areas of focus:

???????? Understanding and experience with Kronos

???????? Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

???????? Understanding and knowledge of FAA, TSA and DOT regulations and procedures

???????? Experience and understanding of P&L

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
