On Site Service Specialist

Compensation: $9.50 to $11.00 per hour
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Mail room duties include pushing and or pulling a mail cart to deliver supply Care orders, deliver mail and packages, special sweep runs to specific desk drops. Distributes office supplies, fax transmissions and mail to company personnel and/or designated drop-off points as required. Operate low to mid volume mail processing equipment. Performs duties related to the shipping and/or receiving of materials in a mailroom type environment. Ships and receives product and supplies, sorts, distributes and handles incoming and outgoing mail/faxes, as well as applies necessary postage. Operate MS Office and Email systems. Ensures convenience copiers are working properly, checking for quality via daily inspections and clearing paper jams and informs technicians of specific problems. Ensures upkeep of convenience copier areas by keeping neat and well stocked with paper boxes and reams, envelopes and FedEx supplies and reloading paper in stations throughout the building. Performs furniture/conference room set up. Supply, inventory and restocking of office supplies, coffee/creamer and condiments, Answers customer questions regarding status or feasibility of job requests. TOP QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Must be able to lift up to 45lbs and be on their feet throughout most of the day so comfortable walking shoes is recommended. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 3. Flexible to work overtime with minimal notice at start or end of shift 4. Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize to meet 5. Must have good organizational skills and ability to prioritize to meet deadlines. Detail Oriented is a plus 6. Adapts easily and quickly, displays genuine commitments 7. Must be willing to learn new skills and process, adapt easily and quickly, and display genuine commitment. 8. Knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures 9. Ability to work independently and flexibility to complete projects 10. Willing to problem solve, tell the client you do not know but will find the solution and then return to the client with a solution 11. MS Office and Email systems 12. Possesses ability to determine correct method and packing material as well as check packing slips for accuracy of incoming mail. MAY PROVIDE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES: Operates copy machines, performs associated copying tasks, scanning equipment, and first call response for customer site equipment. May also perform one of the following at entry level: bindery, Quality Control and final check, housekeeping, file services, call center representative, Data entry, scanning, and performing print or binding jobs. Ability to use office machines and technical equipment. etc. Maintaining daily meter and service logs. May travel between customer's buildings This position reports directly to the Site Manager. COMMENT/SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: Please contact the agency when unable to report to work. Overtime has to be preapproved by the site manager or AOM prior to working late or starting early.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
