00 PM OrganizationSupport Functions Job Summary Manage the administrative activities of the overall organization so that administrative staff, equipment, supplies, and other resources are used effectively and economically.
Integral part of the Finance and Payroll team and will provide ongoing support in the day to day functions of the team environment.
Job Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of a variety of office services to ensure that the organization's current and future administrative needs are met efficiently, reliably, and economically Liaise with functional or operational area managers to ensure that office administration policies, programs, and activities are appropriate for their current and future business needs Research, evaluate, and recommend office supplies and equipment purchases to minimize costs and meet the organization's business needs Select, and manage ongoing relationships with external suppliers customaers and develop a team to ensure that administrative activities are completed on time, according to established standards, and within established budgets Accounts Payable (A/P) and Account Receivable (A/R) data entry Billing/Invoice processing in accordance with customer contracts Monthly A/P and A/R accruals Monthly P&L review with variance detail and trending Payroll entry/processing; review and analyze labor trends Employee station support (uniforms, attendance, scheduling, etc.
