The ideal candidates are extremely organized and detail-oriented, and understand the importance of updated record-keeping.
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to a project team acting as a laison between team members.
Duties will include processing day-to-day administrative items, composing/editing/distributing letter, memos, reports and emails, ordering and maintaining office supplies, setting up and maintaining files and entering project data in various software programs.
They must also be willing to learn new tasks that come with advancement opportunities within our organization.
The Document Control Specialist should have knowledge of construction contract administration, knowledge of documentation and project filing skills/tools, and experience on large scale construction projects.
